8)               MCD Land Use Management and Resource Conservation Plan, 2010  - Adopt as amended, with the provision to develop a land use map appendix and to develop references to the maps contained therein, to be reviewed and incorporated at the March 10, 2010 MCD Board Meeting.

9)               State Legislative Issues - Address the current issues updates (#6, #7, #8) and respond to WACD.

10)           BLM Bighorn Basin RMP - Ratify comments to ERG for development of Alternative E (as distributed by email due to “Predecisional Information” stipulations in MOU with BLM).

11)           Town Hall Building - Proposed coordination with Park County Weed and Pest District.
