"The Value-Added Producer Grant provides funding for planning potential value-added ventures or can provide working capital for recently formed value added industries." (USDA Rural Development, 2006).

The application process has been made easier.

The Wyoming Business Council and Rural Development will be have several workshops on VAPG:

Worland, Westi Ag Days:  Worland Elks Lodge on 1/31 from 1:30 - 2:30 

Torrington: Goshen County Fairgrounds Rendezvous Center on 2/6 at 7:00

Casper:  Holiday Inn on the River on 2/7 at 5:30
