The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission hearing to take action on this regulation shall be September 11-12, 2008 in Casper, Wyoming.

In order for written comments to be reviewed by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission prior to the public hearing, written comments shall be accepted beginning June 23 and no later than by 5:00 pm August 8, 2008. Copies of draft regulations may be obtained from the address listed below in accordance with Wyoming Game and Fish Commission Regulation Chapter 1 Regulation Governing Access To Records.
